Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns. However, if there is a problem, contact us at waxecstaticyyc@gmail.com and we will do our utmost to make it right.

How long does it take to ship?

We will ship all orders between 1-3 days upon receipt.

Why do you use paraffin wax?

As a natural product, soy wax has natural variations in consistency that affect temperature and colour, which can affect the final product. Paraffin allows us to consistently deliver a quality, low temperature candle with beautiful colour.

I heard you deliver within the City of Calgary. Is that true?

Absolutely! As our home city, why should you pay for shipping when we can drop it off or meet somewhere? Rather then ordering online, send us an email at waxecstaticyyc@gmail.com and we will make it happen.
